   We had a similar doorhandle before ( from 1999) and we replaced it with the one we purchased from you. The only downside we noticed was that the old handle was heavier and apparently contained more iron than this new item. Which of course proves that the quality in all manufactured products is not the same as it used to be. Not your fault, the delivery was quite ok! And we are quite happy with these two new ones.
